alright this is starting to tick me off

Enjoy the now brother, we will cross that bridge when it comes!

We have Ireland and Sparano. They are two Parcells disciples and I am more than confident with them running the show.

Yeah but my fear is he would take them where he goes next if he does leave.

If I remember correctly W.H. promised him he wouldn't be leaving the team and that is why he signed with us over Atlanta, also why this clause was put in the contract cause Parcells isn't an idiot.

Parcells might feel like he has been betrayed and if that is the case I don't think he will want to leave his guys here while he ventures elsewhere.

Where there is smoke there is [usually] fire. He may feel like his job is done. Plus, this is a business - he gets to walk with 12 million(his full contract) simply because Wayne decided to go back on his word and sell the team. It's free money.

Hell, he can take that money and then re-sign with Ross, can he not?

im confident with the FO we have in place even if parcells leaves. sparano and ireland are awesome

Parcells might go elsewhere but Ireland and Sparano are not going anywhere. This is their team now.

He can't take Sparano and Ireland. I want to enjoy this win as much as anybody else...I went on a long walk decked out in my gear...but this rumor does need to be addressed...or it will hang over the team. I want to beat Baltimore...and keep this thing going!

By the way...you call it focusing on the negatives...I whooped it up like anybody else...but we also have a history of getting burnt...see Saban,Nick....more than anything I am pissed at Mortenson for even bringing it up!

Hopefully Ross can address any concerns Parcells has and keep him in town for another season or two. I have confidence in Ireland and Sparano but I'd like to have Parcells' input in the next few drafts; Those are crucial for the continued success and development of the team.
