Am i doing something wrong?

Why wont any of my pictures come in on my signature or profile picture? I have to continued to make them as freaking small as possible and i still seem to get that small white x in the corner.

Any suggestions>????

How big do you want it? We do have size restrictions for bandwidth reasons.

You're each viewing your signature on different servers. The one you are surfing on has not updated the image yet.

What is the URL of the original image? I'll add it to you sig.
