amazing how the playoffs are right there for us

titans lose, they aint making the playoffs at 4-6

browns 4-5 play at cincinatti, thats a loss
ravens 4-5 play at chicago, most likely a loss
miami-san diego is basically an elimination game

jets wont have an easy time at buffalo, could easily lose that game.

we're not very good, but neither are any of these other 4-5 teams. win sunday and i think the final wild card will come down to the 2 miami-ny december games.
 
Dude. We have Lost 5 of our last 6 Games. We Suck right now. We will be Lucky to sniff a couple more wins, let alone playoffs. Get real man.

thats what im saying, we've lost 5 of 6 and yet we win a home game on sunday and we could very easily be tied for a playoff spot.

Dude this is not a Playoff Team. That's what im saying. New England and Jets are way better. The Bills beat us at home. We may be the worst team in our Division. Playoff Teams don't lose to Buffalo at Home, and to 0-8 Tampa.

jets are way better? the same jets team that lost 38-13 to the titans? the same jets team that lost 49-9 to a cincinnati team that we beat 1 week later? the same jets team that needed a miracle personal foul penalty on tampa to beat them? the same jets team that scored 6 points at home against the steelers? we've gotten blown out of 1 game, we could/should have won every other game. the teams battling for the last wild card all have major issues, 1 of them has to make it, it could be us.

And the Jets beat the Pats and Saints. You never know.
 
I am hoping so much we make the playoffs and I will make a little rant about it. Listen I don't care if we are not a playoff win and get eliminated in the 1st round. I want to make the playoffs. Statistically is we have a chance to make it. The OP is not saying we will make it he is just stating we are not eliminated yet. Stop being so damn negative.

Dude, Don't kid yourself. The Jets just beat the Saints, who spanked us. Geno Smith is playing Solid. I hate the Jets, but lets face it they were supposed to be terrible, and we were supposed to be improved. Its the other way, the Jets are improved. And we still suck, plus the Jets beat the Pats, Bucs, and Bills too. Wish we did that...

Negative, no need for that, just watch our last game again. Or maybe the Bills game while you are at it. Wont have to worry about your rant. We are the worst team in our own division. We will not be in the Playoffs.

You may be right, on the other hand, the year the Ravens won with Dilfer, and in this point of their season....J/K probably not going to happen. BUT, crazier stuff has happened, and right now all we got left is crazy. I am getting excited about Sundays game, can't wait in fact. I only get so many of these weeks per year, and I will expect us to win, just like any other weekend we are still "in the hunt". It might be the weekend it clicks for Wallace and RT. D might get a pic six. Thiggy might break one. I am a never say die and don't care cause sooner or later it will be worth it.

i feel exactly the same way. we only get 16 of these games per year, and as long as we still have a realistic shot at making the playoffs im gonna get excited and root hard for them. and yes when you look at the standings we have a realistic shot. 1 game out with 2 games left against the team we're behind.

but if they lose sunday im done lol
 
This team straight up ****ing blows, can we stop talking about playoffs and start talking about something more realistic, like who we're going to draft with our top ten pick?
