Lucky he is controlling every aspect of the team. He may not be coaching but he brought in his own because they'll share the same philosophy. It was a really good America's Game though, I think one of the better ones I've seen.

He tried that here in NY w/ Al groh and it didn't work out. Maybe it does for you guys but trust there is a huge difference from parcells coaching and Parcells just being a part of the Front Office.

Impossible to tell at the moment but I do agree with your point. Its like a great player does'nt always make a great coach.
