Had the Fins not choked away that playoff game to the Chargers and were able to beat Pittsburgh the following week, Dan would have been playing in a SB at home against Steve Young, odds are the 9ers would have beaten the Fins and what would have been interesting is that Dan would have had to sit there and listen to Young making his speech about winning a SB, all the while knowing that Steve was the person that cost him his last shot at winning a SB himself.
