Lazor won't get another coordinator position in the NFL let alone a head coaching gig. He'll go back to being a position coach and that's it.
 
LOL....yeah, it wasn't that long ago that many thought he should replace Philbin.

Lazor needs to learn or create his own system. This gimmicky BS we run is old news to NFL defenses.

They throw because of a weak OL that can't sustain a running game and a defense that can't stop the run so they are playing from behind more often than not. They don't go downfield as much as we all would like to see because of the same weak OL.

I am not saying that Tannehill is not a part of the problem but they have not exactly put him in a position to be successful.

Time to open up the playbook, evaluate talent and get rid of Lazor since he is too committed to his "system" and he obviously can't see that it is flawed with the talent of the offensive players.
