I saw this online earlier today... and it comes down to cost.
For a 7th, or a CB or WR, he's worth a look.

2019? 1st rounder? Absolutely.
He has battled constant injuries and had already lost the starting LT position prior to being injured again a week ago. I don’t see him being worth even a 7th round pick but perhaps he would be worth signing to the practice squad if the Eagles cut him and the Dolphins decide to sign him if he clears waivers.

He’s been a disappointment for the Eagles from day 1.
Eagles need OT help, ie this one isn’t helping us.

No stone should be left unturned. Real question we should all be asking ourselves is Flo/Grier more concerned about RT or LT? We may be surprised to find that the answer is LT.

He's been injured. He's had a decent camp, but the incumbent hasn't done anything to lose his spot. I would have preferred this to Greg Little...but Greg Little is the girl we brought to the dance.
The tackle who beat Dillard out for the starting job is a former 7th round pick drafted in 2018 who was a former rugby player with limited football experience before the Eagles drafted him.
If Dillard couldn’t play well enough to win the job with the Eagles, I really don’t see him being an upgrade over the backups on the Dolphins at this time.
Dillard's problem has been injuries. He's certainly talented. For a low risk trade it could be worth it, for Miami to try and resurrect his career.
