Andy Cohen's tribute: One of a Kind

OMG - if that doesn't make even the biggest, toughest man shed a tear, or at least consider it, I wonder what could. Excellent article.

You know, there aren't many players that I really would like to see get a ring before they retire. Jr. Seau was is one of them but I really didn't want to see him win it with "that" team. Zach Thomas is another. But I never really understood this thing about being happy for a player when he goes somewhere else to possibly win a ring. Isn't the goal to win it with YOUR team/family? For people like Zach Thomas who spent their entire career in one city, wearing one jersey and giving everything to that team for so many years wouldn't it be sort of bitter sweet to go somewhere else a win a title?

I don't know...maybe it's just me. It would be cool to see him win a title but I would HATE to see him wearing anything but a Fins jersey doing it. Just like I would love to see Jr. win a title wearing a Chargers jersey. Although, I think that fool should have retired a long time ago. Hahah...

In any case, I wish you luck Zach! Where ever you go.

I'm really going to miss seeing him play in th great PHINS uniform.
Man this is so sad!!!

Andy Cohen actually wrote the following words:

"reporters are always supposed to remain impartial"
Ha!!! Cohen's a bigger homer than I am!!

Seriously though, good article

Cohen articles about nothing make you want to cry with sentiment. . . i don't know if I should read his Zach article at work . .. .

Nice read. Zach Thomas the Fin legend! Always has, always will be.

Great read. I was just listening to Zack being interviewed on serious radio and he said he would always be a Dolphin at heart and he loved the Dolphins.
The two guys interviewing Zack said Zack has already been contacted by the Cowboys but Zack declined to comment but he also didn't deny it.

that was a great read.. I really will miss watching him play in as a fin.
