Another CB thread?

Yup! Why not? Not much fin news around so pretty bored.

Here is what I think is going to happen with the CB position.

The fins will bring in a 1-2 year stopgap Veteran. Dont think it will happen untill after the draft, maybe even closer to preseason game 1, as what happen last year with Penny.

It's going to be someone who gets cut last minute. We will definately draft 2 CB's this comming draft. I honestly think its will be with Pick1 and pick 3.

They will develop throughout the year.

This time next year we will all be laughing and rejoicing that we did not overpay $$$$ on a Veteran CB or one that just doesnt meet our teams criteria.

We will have possibly drafted and devloped our next P. Surtan or S. Madison.
Or both.

It will have to happen this way. You see I have to beleive this is the plan or I need to come to grips quickly that Jason Allen /gulp is our starting CB opposite of /gulp Will Allen.

I guess you can say that. I am not a Will Allen fan at all. I hope he is gone after next year.

I had high hopes for him when he signed, but he plays way to soft and way to slow at times. I wont say he has never played well, because that would be a plain lie.

I hope by this time next year, we will have 2 young up and comming CB's playing opposite of each other.

I thought he was talking about J. allen, opps, reread, it was will.. .. this is will allen's last year..my bag is it was the wrong person, I do that sometimes..:up:
