Joe Philbin presser notes:
Confident in the preparation for the Bucs game and confident his guys will play well.
Philbin not concerned about what's going on in the locker room other than preparing to beat Tampa.
Say since Monday he has taken responsibility for the environment of the work place.
Philbin says he is not concerned with the players comments and says everyone puts their name behind their statements.
Says the players comments stand on their own as his own comments stand on their own.
Philbin says Incognito's status is still dependent on the process taking place.
Philbin says he didn't listen to what the players said in backing Incognito and their that their comments stand on their own.
Says there is a lot of information out there and making any comments on the situation are a disservice to the situation.

Says he feels very responsible about what happens in the locker room. Says about Dolphin players statements everyone's accountable for what they say. Says we have a great locker room. Says he's gotten support from within and outside the locker room.

The only thing we learned is we might have a 92 yr old poster on Finheaven. Joe Philbin's dad.
I've read that the players were instructed not to talk to the media about Martin and Incognito. Yet they did. What does this tell me? The players don't respect the coaches. That's not a good sign at all...

I by no means am a Philbin fan, but I've been impressed with his demeanor the past 2 pressers.
He actually looks like he has command, control, and some confidence.
This fiasco is actually going to be a good thing for this franchise.

The media wants to hear from him so he holds a news conference to say nothing except talk about their game against TB.........good for him.
