Yeah, thats a good article. I like the things he said, and how he apologized to Elvis Dumerville.

"I spoke to him at the combine and he apologized," Dumervil said. "And you know I think the kid has a lot of other things that he has to deal with, and so I really just kind of moved on. Hopefully he gets his stuff together and I wish the best for him."

I 'm gonna flip/flop on this young man more than Kerry. He could truly turn it around one day, couldn't he??

nando03, that sig is beyond sweet. Unified is an 'arteeest'

It appears as though he did apologize according to what "Lightsout" just posted above me.

Yeah UnifiedTheory is truely and "arteeest". I love that sig. I wish I could do cool stuff like that. I don't blaim you for flip/flopping. It's a tough call...but ultimately I put my faith in saban to keep him together. It seems as though Vick is doing the right things on his end currently. Why not give the kid a shot. He's probably the best 3rd string QB we'll find out there for the bargain price.

Yeah recently, after he made himself look like an idiot right after it happened, saying he called and apologized and Dumervil said he never heard from him. Only took him a month and a half to apologize.

he did apologize and it was stupid of him .. now moving on, he is trying out for the dolphins... i wish him the best in trying out and learning from his past mistakes...

Vick if you happen to read this, let the haters hate because you can not please every single human. These are the same humans that tend to judge others and forget about their own trespasses or transgressions just to belittle someone else. So what if u dont make the team, eventhough i would love to see you wearing teal and orange come opening day. But there is one thing you and all other fans need to know and understand

LIFE IS BIGGER THAN FOOTBALL

so vick live and love by your own standards, just be happy

Vick is delusional if he truly thinks he is better than Leinart. He was only so-so at Tech, especially with the game on the line. It's a total mystery to me why he's getting a tryout.

Marcus Vick versus Matt Leinart: "I'm taking Marcus Vick in this case right here, because it's something about when you have an athlete at the quarterback position it just changes the game." And Marcus Vick versus Jay Cutler: "I'm taking Marcus Vick once again."

He's a ****y little **** aint he?

Yes, he is ****y and arrogant and that is the part of this article that still bothers me about him...I like confidence, particularly in a QB, but he seems to lack humility to go along with the confidence, and that is not a good trait...he still doesn't seem to understand that he is the makings of his situation, not anyone else...I'm not so sure he gets it yet....

But, the ball is in his court now and we'll see. He's gotten the first step...an invitation....the rest will be up to him...

Lets say he makes the team..... ya'll are complaining that he is way to ****y and what not. But i ask you, would you rather have a ****y Leader that believes in his abilities or would you rather have a puss that really doesn't know how good he can be and shuts down with the pressure is on? Me i would rather take the guy who is ****y and actually believes in himself. Thats one f the traits, IMHO, that makes a good leader. But this isn't even worth mentioning as of right now because Daunte is the starting QB on this team. I bet if Daunte got up infront of the cameras and said he was better than Peyton Manning, Carson Palmer, Donovan McNabb, and Trent Green all of you would be on his sack and starting say thats what we want to hear out of our offensive leader. None of you would call him ****y. Ya'll would use the word confident instead. (by the way I'm playing Devil's Advocate)

That's what's been gettin him into so much trouble!

He'll no doubt be all pro at State Pen.

I'm rooting for Marcus Vick.

Everybody does things they regret when they're young. If Vick can turn it around, the Fins will benefit greatly.

It costs nothing to try him out at mini-camp. I hope he impresses the coaches. I watched him play against FSU last season, and he had a great game. Almost led the Hokies to victory.

Let us pause now and reflect on Josh Heupel, Brock Berlin, and Craig Erickson.
