Thi is pure speculation on my part but does anyone know what kind of relationship Ireland and Philbin have? I'm wondering if Ross wanted Philbin and Ireland wanted a different head coach. With all the head scratching moves it's making me think that Ireland is setting up the new head coach or owner for failure. Maybe Ross said either you get it right this year or your gone and that hurt Ireland's huge ego and now he's disgruntled and going to bring the team down with him...thoughts?

imo, part of the reason tat Brandon Marshall was traded is because he doesn't fit the WCO so I would say its a good relationship
