Haven't seen any threads on him today, so thought I would start one, guy gets a lot of undeserved hate and criticism but he played a spectacular game last night and deserves credit, solid blocking, did a great job getting open in the seam, made a terrific one handed catch around the goal line, got down and made a great catch on a low ball from henne, took a big hit on one of his seam catches and held on, stayed down for a bit but got right back in the game, guy deserves some props and credit, along with henne, marshall and pouncey, he was one of the major bright spots in a tough loss last night, let's hope this is a precursor to a big season from him! GO FINS!!

anthony fasano was phenomenal. hes been a fantastic tight end for us all along and doesnt get the credit he deserves because we want guys that put up numbers. but hes a great tight end. its just that we dont have a hybrid guy on the other side of him, so he gets criticized unfairly for the position he plays or the lack of talent behind him we have. he certainly looked like a fantastic down-field receiver last night tho! i dont expect that type of performance to continue. but he was fantastic last night

fasano is far from a scrub. hes one of the best tight ends in the nfl. but because he fumbled one ball a year or two ago u dont remember anything else. hes not a receiving tight end. but he clearly demonstrated last night the type of plays he is capable of making. the guy is complete. if we had 53 fasanos on this roster we would win a hell of a lot more games. u want to criticize? go find somebody else. because u are incorrect. and fasanos not where u should be looking

I don't understand all the hate he gets. Sure, he's not the flashiest or most sure handed TE in the game, but the dude busts his *** out there on the field and seems to come up with catches at the most critical moments.

Lol well according to stats that take blocking into consideration for a TE(Part of their job), Fasano is a top tight end in the league. He's not flashy but he's great at what he does.

the people that get PAID for their evaluation of players say he is one of the best. so ur credability is shot my friend because u dont even know what ur talking about and thats my point. and im not trying to convince u. because if hes not gates or some tight end that destroys the running game but can catch every now and then u will think he sucks. doesnt make u correct. only makes u uninformed. so believe what u want. the the truth is, regardless what u believe, is fasanos a good tight end, rated by a couple scouting services to be one of the best in the game, and he looked awfully good downfield last night in the first game weve been willing to attack the field since hes been here. lay off fasano. find somebody else, that ur not sure what ur looking at to criticize
