His ideal team, however, plays in his hometown of Miami.
"That's a dream," he said regarding the possibility of playing for the Dolphins. "More of a fantasy, actually."
He says he was a fan of the Dolphins while growing up in South Florida. "I used to watch the Jets beat our butts every year. And it's crazy for me to come into the NFL and catch passes from a guy like Vinny [Testaverde] after I used to watch him smoke the Dolphins." -Profootballtalk.com

I think this guy would be a great compliment to our offense and will be cheaper than Randal El despite posting double the catches and yards Randal El did this season.:dolphins:

We dont need Bryant
I disagree. We need a deep threat if we are getting Brees to pull the Safety up and clear out the intermediate routes for Chambers and McMichael. I think we also would have chances to bomb it to him.

Why not take him. The thing is he will come much cheaper than other options at WR. Provides the depth because you never know when one of our WR can go down and be forced to use Gilmore or Welker. Its happend before.

The key is he wants to be here, if he comes at the right price it never hurts putting someone on your team that loves it.

That scared me a lot last year. If Booker or Chambers goes down then we have Welker or Gilmore at #2, which isnt good.

Bryant had no QB in Dallas or Cleveland (Quincy Carter and Trent Dilfer) and still put up some decent numbers. He is also still pretty young.

 What is he 8 or 9 years old because last time I checked the jests' lucky streak was '98 to '01.

Vinny smoking us? Guess I missed this.

I know we have to consider the source (profootball talk) but C'mon.

He's A Headcase
The only problem he ever had was throwing the jersey at Parcell's. Everybody loses their temper every once in awhile. Let's not start defining him personally or his career because of one incident.

Id rather spend our FZ money on Brees and O-line. Then we can draft a WR in the later rounds. Chambers, Booker (who is good enough), Mcmichael and dont forget Wes. Wes was great outta the slot. I bet we see him used alot more this season. But we do need speed. We can find speed in the draft on day 2 for alot cheeper

I'm sure it was just a point that he is catching balls from Vinny.

I have seen a little bit of him, he has good height at 6-1 i'm pretty sure and has good athleticism for his size.

Won't expect to start and would be a good 3rd or 4th receiver if he can't beat out Booker.

He also comes cheaper than Randle El and is more of a prototypical wideout who has good potential to be a solid #2 in this league.

Bro, there are soo many O-lineman in this year's draft. And the lot of them are built like monsters. Don't get me wrong, signing Bentley would be expensive but worth every penny. This draft is the weakest I have seen in a while when concerning WRs. What we need to do is sign Brees, Law, Bryant and target CB, OL, and DT in the draft. Reports have been recently cirulating that Madison is now willing to restructure his contract. If that occurs we don't need Law and should take a hard long look at Mike Williams.

Sorry bro, but I think if we sign Law, that is a dumb idea. Bryant is ok, I just think we should spend our money else where. Brees, Bently who was a pro bowler, maybe look at Williams, and try to work on a new deal for Maddison. Then in the draft look at secondary and LBs. Maybe a O-line and WR, maybe a young QB. The O-line in this years draft are built like monsters, but are slow and will all need some work. I like trying to sign Bently who is younger, and could start right away. Plus now we are looking at cambell from minn

I think getting Bryant would be an ideal situation for our team because he's a deep threat and if Chambers or Booker goes down, he's proved that he could be a good option at #2. Imagine our lineup as:
1)Chambers
2)Booker
3)Bryant
4)Welker
5)Campbell
