are there any currect Miami Dolphins who have been public about the situation and siding with Martin? I havent heard any.

Nobody likes a rat

The media hates this and is doing everything it can to undermine every Dolphin player who is willing to man up and disagree with the agenda that the media is pushing on the public supporting Martin. Look at they word their articles they write about the situation for example they carefully add in disclaimers on a player on Ricky Williams about taking drugs before they state Ricky's opinion stating that Martin is not NFL material while a Chris Carter who has tons of personal baggage they say nothing but state his opinion only. Anyone with half a brain can see how one side this whole agenda is being spun buy the media.

Why would they? Dude quit on the team, while creating a media firestorm in the process. This ordeal has been a massive detraction for a team with playoff aspirations, and it all could've been avoided.

In martin's defense, he probably felt left without options and had nobody to turn to as his leader and supposed closest friend hurt him. How could his team mates stand up to Richie?

His teammates on the other hand are wondering why he didn't come to them... And probably feel betrayed by it.

You could be right but also remember Martin has laid this out like he has been bullied since he was drafted and last year we had an entirely different leadership council then made up by different players like Long, Bess, Dansby, Bush and a few others. He chose never to address this issue from the looks of this thing so far but to handle fit himself which has been a failure at every level unless he just wants money in his pocket with playing the game and earning it.

Think of these events Martin who was considered a first round prospect last year until he fell down draft boards because he couldn't press enough weight, skipped OTAs this summer after struggling mightily as a rookies and now walks out his team forcing his team-mates to take his side or get crushed by the media.
