I thought the undrafted free agent looked quite poised for his first (and maybe only) NFL playing experience. He is a tall guy, didn’t look like a deer in the head lights rookie. I think he got really lucky to have Moore and Devlin both needing a rest or he may have never been seen in a game. I enjoyed watching him pop his cheerio. You never know with a fourth stringer what might happen when the lights are on. Sometimes they never even get the chance.

meh id consider keeping him as a third qb on the ps if he continues to look ok... but thats about it. And im not a devlin fan to behin with

He sucks!! The fumble on what could have been the go ahead drive along with producing no points sealed it for me. Moore and Devlin need to get well soon so this bum can go back to packing bags at Key Food.

I am not hard on the guy from the other night…I thought it would be ugly. He did not make me jump out of my seat at all. PS him and keep 2 QB's on the 53 man.

Not much here. Didn't expect much from the 4th string. Didn't get much from the 4th string. Had a modicum of excitement when he was able to take our offense down to the 2 yard line with 2 minutes remaining. Then I guess the anxiety got the best of him. He forgot the fundamentals...catch the shotgun snap. And if you drop it? Fall on the ball. Sadly, he didn't get those last pieces right. Could have been the hero or the goat. Guess he chose the farm animals.

I guess I can give him a little bit of love since he didn't crap himself until the end of the game.

He just didn't play good. He looked like one of us out there. Not gonna bash a guy who nobody expected to be good tho

Its the first preseason for crying out loud and he is getting used to things. How much time did he have with the team? He could be a candidate for the practice squad especially with the new management and Moore wanting another pay day like he has. Yes he made a mistake but he looked like he could be groomed to get better.

I'm sure he was glad to have gotten the time in...I don't hate the guy, in fact, ya, he deserves a little lovin' for guttin' it out at full speed NFL.

I mean....I would never dream of a scenario where our 3rd string QB had to win us a regular season game, so I don't really care if we keep him. Would I feel safe if our 3rd string QB was amazing? Of course..but no one has a really good 3rd string QB. If it ever came down to it, I am sure we would sign a veteran FA QB to play a regular season game over him if he was our only option
