Anybody going to Baton Rouge??

I thought about going but the casino where I wanted to stay is now closed and I couldn't get a decent ticket. (The only one I could find from Ticketmaster is in the back corner of the top deck.) So instead, I am staying in Austin and will cheer on the Dolphins from the comfort of my sofa.
 
Heck Yes! I am up in those seats in the upper deck where they will look like color coded ants. But I will be there.
 
i was contemplating it, but as Dolfan Dave pointed out, there are no decent seats left... that and it would be a 8-10 hour drive each way for me.... might be too expensive for gas and hotel and everything....

Most of the original Superdome tix were sold out anyway and those that had them could exchange them for like seating at Tiger Stadium, which is what we did. There are about 7000 more seats here and I'd imagine they're "cheap seats" mostly.

Anyway, even tho we have our seats, we'll be coming in from all over the country and accomdations are no longer guaranteed since the katrina catastrophe. i was wondering is any local folks in the area may have any suggestions. Any will be appreciated.

I'lll be there, coming from Houston - scored 15 row tickets on the 50!
 
I'll be there with my son...sitting in Sec N22. Bad part is there is no hotels along I-10 in La. Hopefully something opens up, but doubt it.

How long did it take for you to get your tix?

I have contacted and let them know That we wanted the like seating, but still have not received my tickets to Tiger Stadium.

We Had Visitors end zone Sec. 126 Row 21 seat 1-4 at the SuperDome...

Were you happy with the "like seating"?
 
like seating?....ticketmaster emailed me stating Superdome tix would not be honored at Baton Rouge, credited my account. I had to repurchase.
 
That was what ticketmaster told my wife. Then I remembered that we had bought the tix from the Saints Ticket Office. So they did not come from TicketMaster. We contacted them After They had moved to San Antonio...

Long story, short They are suppose to be sending "like Tickets", but I have not seen them Yet. I really hope this works out, This will be Our First Dolphin Game!!!
