Anyone has any info on the Cedric Thompson kid ?

I know we're loaded in that position but haven't heard anything about Cedric since training camp began. is he good, struggling or what ? Cant seem to find any comment on him. Is he on deck ? I mean we have Aiken, Micheal Thomas, Don Jones and Jordan Kovac. Why even daft this guy? Could have picked La'el Collins.

Nobody could have drafted la'el, the league put that on lock until the investigation was cleared up. As far as Thompson he looks like he has a way to go to but I'd keep him over Kovac.

From the little I've seen on tweets he's a big hitter with athletic ability but he's a little lost right now. I think he had a decent scrimmage. He'll take some time to get up to speed. He's a rookie.

Looked very lost in the scrimmage, but his toolbag is pretty nice, so youve got to stick with him till the light comes on. Not ready for live bullets beyond STs, so far anyway.

There was game tape floating around when we drafted him. He looked pretty damn spectacular. He's obviously not ready yet, but there's a lot to work with moving forward. Even without the Delmas injury, I don't think we were going to risk losing him. He should be a promising young player ready to see snaps next year.
