Because a buddy just said Goodell is holding up the discipline issues end of things and is not budging. Now, if its not ratified does that mean the FA cannot practice tomorrow ? This would definately screw the pooch for teams in the position we are in.
Anyone hear if the CBA was ratified/passed/ whatever ?

You are correct. Until there is a clear signage of CBA players can't practice
The latest report I heard this evening is that the plan was, and still is, for them to vote tomorrow morning. Hopefully that happens. The Dolphins have also smartly move practice from the morning to the evening in hopes that they ratify it in the morning.

Wait... What part of Dis. Issues does Goodell have problems with? Dude is a ****ing control freak. There really should of been provisions to make sure his ******* isn't judge, jury, and executioner.
