Anyone know the conditions on the Vontae Davis conditional pick?

While the second-round pick was the prize from that trade, the sixth-round pick could be a helpful trade chip or developmental player. Do we know whether Vontae Davis played (well) enough to meet the conditions so we get that pick?

I'd like to know this too.. Probably has to do with the number of snaps he plays, how far the Colts go in the playoffs, and number of interceptions. He had 2 INTs against Houston so that's a possible plus.
