Looking at the big plays on "D", Joey Porter, Akin Oyodele, Channing Crowder, and Charlie Anderson(not Roth) were the LBs. Also, BIG difference with Renaldo Hill and Yeremiah Bell at S than no Chris Crocker.

Lehan was back at CB, making our last year's secondary(which Sparano liked) was back healthy: Lehan, Will Allen, Bell, and Hill. I think that Jason Allen will eventually become our NB with Crocker and Goodman battling it out for DB.

Roth started the game and played in the 3-4, Charlie Anderson played some as well when we were not in the 3-4.

Yes, i saw that and belive that is our best lineup , more spped with Anderson and Lehan. I love bringing Roth's motor off the bench on passing downs, everyone was flying around out there , i love the rotation we had going too, having fresh guys in there every 2 downs. I love the direction this team is going, i believe that cards game woke them up!

Hill should have had that INT earlier in the game. That was one of those plays that seem to happen all the time to this team. Luckily it didn't matter in this one. :p

I also noticed Quentin Moses got a lot more snaps than he did in the previous games in pass-rush situations. He had nice pressure on the pass that Starks picked.

also to add, it does not matter who starts the game on defense after the 1st few plays there is a mix of different guys on that d line and even the lb's and db's change alittle too.

also as sparano said its an audition for evreyone b/c the teams FO itself is trying ot ifgure out who they have and how to use em. its new coaches all over trying to see what these completely new players can do for htem in just a few months. no easy task.

I'm just happy to see a safety on this team around the football and actually putting himself in the position to make a big play, the int's will come Pats got lucky a couple times actually. It has to make you feel good to see improvements this week and especially against a team like the Pats!

Also have to say Charlie Anderson played as a DE when we were playing with 4 DL men.I didn't see him play any OLB, but it was still good to see him play.
