Anyone think Chatman will get some playing time?

Anyone see Chatman getting playing time this weekend vs Denver? Might be nice to have him run a few up the middle with his 5'8 250 LB fram in the South Florida heat.

He might be a nice option on the goal line too and help compensate for the push we have been getting up the middle from Mckinney on running plays. I would guess he could see a few carries.
 
I'm guessing Saban took him for a reason. Maybe LT is out there and can shed some light on Chapman for us.

Hudson would have been an influence here..
 
He looked great toating the rock when LT was out of games! I like the move, and obviously Houck thought alot of the guy!
 
i dont think he'll be much in yet this week, learning the blocking assignments and such he might be a liability... but i think he might get some carries here and there come week 2

One of two scenarios have him gettign time...

1) Ronnie explodes and runs all over the Broncs...we have a comfortable lead and Ronnie has gotten his 25 touches of the ball...

2) We are blown out...Ronnie, Morris, Minor have all failed to get anything done, it's late in the 4th and they bring in Chatman just to see how he does...
 
This guy did well in limited duty last year.

65 carries, 392 yards, 3TD.. Has 29 tackles for special teams in the last 3 years also.

In my mind a great pickup, we need special teams players and this guy can run the ball a little also. 18 of his 65 carries were for 1st downs last year. I like the pickup if Houck thinks this guy can help us out.
 
I really don't know if he will get much PT in the Bronco's game because we just signed him about 4 days ago. As of right now, he is behind Morris and Minor at RB. He should be bumped up the depth chart next week.
 
If he's not playing on ST he might not even be active, likely not knowing the plays and everything.
