Let's talk about other improvements to be made on the team. The wins that are necessary to cinch a wildcard spot. What does HE need to do this?

OK, so Henne is making this team what it isn't. He's a 'leader', brought us down for that 'final drive' for the win. Threw an interception but 'made up for it' on the next play. Throw's a 'deep ball' but has no wide receivers that can catch. On and on and on...

Please, let's change the subject. So he's the Dolphin God in many's opinion. If he is THE answer to all of our QB needs what else does he need to lead us to the big game in the sky! Ricky is doing really well. Porter even made his presence known last game. Taylor, well, he's Jason... Ginn? Another sore subject for many. Bess, Bell, Camarillo, Fasano, Jones, Polite...

Again, If he is THE answer to all of our QB needs what else does he need to lead us to the big game in the sky!

Please, someone tell me!

Edit: I mean, c'mon... a thread "compare Henne to Brady?" really...

Seeing how we haven't had a young franchise QB since Marino, I think Dolphin fans can talk about Henne as long as they want. Once he gets weapons, watch out.

yeah, we have no real viable deep threat b/c Ginn thinks we are playing flag football or two-hand touch and runs out of bounds, Bess is good, Camarillo is good, but we have no scary WR that people need to double up to free our 2nd and 3rds...I think given what Henne has to work with; he's done a damn good job and it's nice to see a young QB that gives us hope instead of another teams reject project looking to come to Miami for a fresh start...(except Beck..he was just an old rookie; by the time he caught on he'd be 30 already!!!)

Dude have you not been around the past 11 years as we desperately searched for our new leader?
HENNE HENNE HENNE.........honestly if the guy is THE guy then i think we should talk about him all day every day because we have certainly spent more time on worse QB's in the past.

Considering no one out side of this website is talking about him, we can talk about him all we want. We lived through Feidler, Lucas, Green, Ferrotte, Lemon, Harrington, Beck and etc etc. Pennington was not bad, but it was obvious last year against Baltimore in the playoffs that his inability to throw the ball down field had been limiting this offense. The QB is the cornerstone of any good team, and after 10 years we finally have someone to get excited about.

You asked what he needs to take us to the big time? The main ingredient is time. Being able to build our offense to him this off season will be huge. This play book was made for Pennington, and as Sparano has said Henne has been playing catch up all season. On offense I think all we need is a #1 WR. Our o-line is outstanding. Our RBs are very good, but both free agents, so we will have to see how that plays out. Our WRs are the weak spot, but very young so there is some potential for the #2-#4 WRs being our roster. I want Marshall of the possible WR free agents. He has Parcels superstar written all over him.

On defense I want Willfork to come home to Miami. He is a free agent and perfect for the 3-4 NT. The best thing about that is New England loses by us winning.

My suggestion is stay out of the Henne threads if you are tired of hearing about him and try starting a thread about something other than what you don't want to discuss.

This is so weird considering i was just thinking henne was good. Thanks for the wake up call.

/sarcasm

Are you kidding......if he keeps winning and WHEN he gets us a Super Bowl Championship i will petition to get our name changed to the Miami Henne's

Stop talking about the young up and coming stars on this team, let's talk about how other teams players are better then our own!

gee OP are you sad because Culpepper crapped the bed here in Miami?

I for one am Happy we have a young QB WE drafted that is playing with enough poise and maturity to possibly be the future. And that can't get enough conversation considering the QB carousel that has gone on around here.

Every good player deserves the threads he receives. As soon as someone besides himself Ricky or Ronne shows up.. theyll get the same attention too..

Your desire to discuss other elements would've better served by simply starting a thread about those elements. So thank you, for starting another Henne thread.

how about we discuss how promising Henne looks as compared to overhyped, under-experienced mole-faced rookie interception machines?

He is the a starting QB in the National Football League. He's gonna get talked about a lot, good or bad. Get over it.
