Well the number1 pick would be nice to have. The top 5 or 6 QB’s in the NFL where all taken from the 10th pick on.

It's not just the first round pick we are talking about, it's being higher in every round. You either get a shot a the player you want before other teams, or have the ability to trade down and acquire more picks. I like winning as much as anybody, but to gut the roster and suffer through this, you have to put yourself in the best position possible to correct it. Come draft night you want to hear, with the first pick in the 2020 NFL draft, the Miami Dolphins select? Same for every round after.
