Are there any players untouchable on the current roster?

I'd imagine the entire roster is touchable for the right price. Question is, Are other teams willing to buy?

Untouchable means you wouldn't trade them I suppose

In that case, I wouldn't trade Grant or Paul, anyone else I'd do it depending on the offer of course
 
With fresh eyes who knows what they will do but they want to build the trenches so having Paul there is a great start.
I'm certainly not giving up on Grant and Phillips being the future.
Waddle or Achane should be moved for 27 picks and maybe Sieler also
 
I don’t think anyone is untouchable. Certain players being traded or cut would have ramifications on our cap, a cap that’s already in very bad shape. As discussed in another thread with Waddle. Some want to trade him asap, but there would be a lot to work out with his contract, which may decrease the value of the compensation received. He does have an out year in 2027 that’s more team friendly I believe as far as the cap goes.

As of Achane I love the guy, but it seems it never works out well when you pay a RB a huge contract. You can also find quality backs late in the draft.

In fact, I’d prefer to get back 2027 picks for any player(s) we trade this offseason. We have a 1, 2, 3, 3, 3…… need to start building up the 27 war chest in case we’re not awful enough in 26 to be in position to land the QB of our choosing.

I totally agree with taking -2027 picks, as you want to extend the number of players on rookie contract as your rebuilding.

In the case of Waddle, I thought that he received a 18 million signing bonus back in 2024, wouldn’t that money be due if the Dolphins trade him? Where would that money come from considering they are 20 to 30 million over the cap heading into this season? The 18 mil would accelerate to dead cap this season,

I don’t see two second rounders for Waddle with him making 33mil in 27 and 37 mil in 28, he is a #2 not a #1 receiver in my mind. The contract remaining is quite rich.
 
None...and I'm a MASSIVE Achane fan, but I'm looking at this like its 2019 all over again...and will hopefully be done right this time.
