Are you sure you dont want Orton?

I did want him before but now I say we should sink or swim with what we have. Dont trade away any more pics.

0-16 could be the best possible outcome for this team outside of going to no less than the AFC title game

It's too late for Orton now. You don't bring in your starting QB this far into training camp.

Actually, he threw 1 int. Fasano popped the other one in the air. It would be nice if the receivers could actually do the QB a favor every now and then. Why in't Fasano getting flamed?
I see backup receivers from the Pats making all sorts of contortions to come with up catches and our starting TE can't even catch one that hits him in the chest.
Henne made one bad pass. He should have put more air under the ball on that 2nd int.
Other than that bad pass, he didnt play poorly. The O-line was a disappointment and there was no running game.

Orton did nothing against dallas' defense. henne had one ugly throw. The other interception was fasano not knowing how to catch. Patience, first game action in seven months

Tebow outplays Orton in Broncos opener: Just when it seemed like this situation was all but settled, the most talked about quarterback controversy this offseason might take another turn.

The Denver Broncos have made it clear that Kyle Orton is the front-runner to be the starting quarterback, but he struggled in teams opening game, completing just two-of-six passes. Tim Tebow put up solid numbers, completing six-of-seven passes for 91 yards and producing two drives that ended with field goals.

For those who have upcoming fantasy drafts, don't read that much into this. All signs still point to Orton starting in week 1, and neither he nor Tebow should be considered reliable starting fantasy options at this point.

Very accurate, and I would go as far to say that he played more athletic in his limited reps. He looks like he has more command of the offense as well. I find it hilarious everybody wants to continue to look for negatives and overlook positives. This offense fits Henne much better, hopefully he can perform well at home next week.

He threw behind the receiver, so both ints are his fault.

actually henne threw 1 int, the other one was all fasano.

Because the ball was thrown behind Fasano. If the ball was thrown where it should have it been, out in front, it most likely would not have been bobbled, and if it still was bobbled the defender would have had to go through Fasano to get it. Another poorly thrown pass by Henne.

 . . . Fasano BLEW it, give me a break. This regime hit a homerun by finding an offense from this century . . . but man did they whiff by not doing a better job addressing the TE position.

Wrong. He didn't lead Fasano, but he hit him right in the chest and it wasn't a hard throw. Any TE worth his salt should make that catch with no problem. Did you see Hoyer throw a TD pass in the back of the endzone in the Pats game. That was waaay behind the receiver, but he twisted his body and came down with the difficult catch to make his QB look good.
Why don't some of you just admit that you have made up your mind about Henne and you will micro analyze every one of his throws to look for negatives that will support your narrative?

I don't see how anyone who actually watched that game and isn't just looking at a stat line could come away thinking that Tebow is ready. He had one nice throw, and about a dozen completely awful plays where he looked like Pat White, but slower.
