Art: Dolphins Coach Shows Henne Tough Love

If the quarterback thinks that's hard,'' Sparano said, ``then [he] should live in Jake Long's shoes.

Love it...you can tell Coach Sparano spent some time under Parcells...

''Oh, yeah, he was going berserk,'' Henne said. ``We were in the red zone, and we're not supposed to turn the ball over there [especially].
``We had three points in the pocket, and I threw the ball a little too flat. Not to mention, we had adjusted that earlier in the week.''

It is great to hear that ok is not going to cut it anymore. Strive for perfection and this team will be great in time.

As I observed on another thread, Tony doesn't coddle his players, but he's confrontational for constructive reasons, unlike Nick The Pipsqueak Rat who bullied his players (and office staff) just because he could with impunity (and probably as surrogates for all the bigger kids who ever kicked the crap out of him through school.). I'm liking Coach Tony a lot!!!

This is what i love about Tony Sparano, the toughness he brings to the team with his understanding of an offensive system and offensive talent. Completely the opposite of Cam Cameron. Saban brought toughness and discipline to the team also, however his understanding of an offense was not nearly as good and he didn't have the luxury of working under a front office as presumably good as Parcells/Ireland. Sparano is going to a great job here.
