Art Shell New Front Runner for Raiders Job?

Just a rumor from PFT so take it for what it is.

I just find it interesting though. After the flack this team took when they gave him an interview. Wonder if the team would see any apology (of course not) from the group that called the Shell interview a sham because Shell was obviously not a viable head coaching candidate in their view.

I doubt that anyone appreciates what the Dolphin's did for him except Shell himself. We brought his name back in the open and then told everyone what a great candidate he was for the job and what a spectacular interview he had. We should get his first paycheck if he does get the Raiders job.

Either him or Jim Fassel will be the Raiders HC. The Raiders has talked with Fassel on the phone, but I don't think that they meet face to face it. Shell will prob get hired if he has a good interview this time around.

The Raiders are in such anawful state. Nobody wants to go there, be there, anything. They are idiots for letting the coaching situation sit...they only took a few swipes before all the other coaches were gone. IMO, they should've fired Norv towards the end of the season and start the hunt early.
