Skolnick wrote a nice piece on Saban's phylosophical and psychological approach. I wouldn't be surprised if his approach is one of the reasons why Ricky seems so focused...Ricky always did gravitate to the offbeat (but insightful) approach...and Saban is fascinating to listen to/read/watch from just about anyone's perspective.
