We all joke around about how clueless Ross is the man is no idiot and has to be in full alert on how literally anyone and everyone involved in the NFL are laughing at the Dolphins right now and that the fans are outraged... How do you think he feels about all this and do you think his ego will allow him to just sit back and do nothing about it to try and right the ship? Its just hard for me to rationalize how a self made billionaire could just sit back and watch as everyone takes a shot at his balls...

It amazes me that Ross takes all this crap. I'm by no means a fan of Ross, but Ireland is more of the problem. He's taking the wrap for Ireland's crap. If we were building a good roster, Ross wouldn't look as bad.

I feel like he wants to or wishes he could snap his fingers but it just doesn't work like that. Every time we think theres a backup plan, there isn't. And when it looks like that backup plan is actually in effect, that falls through also.
