Satisfied.
I'm not ecstatic with the pick, nor am I upset with this choice.
I only had four players who I realistically would have taken before Grant (Graham, Campbell, Membou, and Banks) and all four of them were gone. The team obviously tried to find a trade down scenario (as their extensive time of the clock showed), but evidently didn't receive any offers that they found worthwhile. And, in this, I was reminded of last year when all of the obvious Offensive Linemen were gone and we pivoted to Chop Robinson-- sometimes it pays to be smart and just take the logical choice.
We needed beef and Grant was probably the best remaining. Harmon has injury concerns, and Nolen has character issues, leaving Zabel who is a projection at Guard or Center.
I accept this pick, even though it doesn't excite me. Grant will start and he'll likely see an 80% snap share if he remains healthy. ...and yes, I do think Shemar Stewart will surprise the World with his disruption, but Grant was the safe, solid selection @ 13.
Satisfied.
