Free agent S Brodney Pool will visit with the Rams on Monday, confirms his agent Ben Dogra.

If Pool can avoid more concussions, he'd be a nice signing for the Rams as a cover safety. They may be preparing to lose restricted free agent Oshiomogho Atogwe, who they assigned the lowest tender.

If we offered him a decent sized contract, I doubt the rams with match. They just seem like they don't want to pay him.

Must be something about this guy we don't know. Teams are not after him much in the news. Is it simply that they know Rams will match whatever offer is made and did not put draft pick compensation in his tender because they have no intention of letting him sign elsewhere? Or is something wrong with him the Rams have not made public but teams know about anyway?
