I’m interested to know what everyone’s thoughts are about how he played yesterday, as I wasn’t able to see the game. Did he help to improve the line play yesterday?

His name wasn't called out once by the refs. I feel that's always a good thing. I thought the line collectively played well. Probably as good as it's gonna get.

I think I saw Jackson ready to take some guy's head off in between plays. Nice to see he at least can get fired up...

Reiter was good. I think it is telling that a guy we signed off the street, who didn’t play until he was forced into the lineup by two different injuries, is probably our best OL.

Releasing him was a head scratcher. It sounded like he had a great camp and was a vocal leader on defense. Watching Roberts run around yesterday was tough. Looks completely lost and incredibly slow. It’s hard to believe the coaches thought he could be a good player.

I think Eich will be a good all around Tackle. He is already great at run blocking.

As I watch the games I like to key in on the trenches. I have to say that his play was as good, if not better, than what we've seen from Mancz and Deiter. I wonder if his play continues to be OK they will consider putting Deiter at LG when he returns. I really really really want to see Jackson out of the starting lineup.

Reiter played well enough to win the job in my book. A far tougher test awaits, however.
