Avatar problems

Ok. So I was attempting to try out some new avatars. But when I upload a JPEG fils, I get told it's an invalid file. When I try uploading it from a image hosting site I get told that there was a problem creating a temporary file.

So is there something wrong with the site? Or am I doing something wrong?

FWIW, I'm getting the same msg. Kinda think it's tied to the server transition. I guess "patience" is required.

no promises but send me the avatars you guys are trying to use. if I can i'll switch them if I can't then its something i'll add to the list.

Has there been any progress on this problem? I just tried again. And I got the invalid file from both upload sources.
