Awful missed penalty

I saw that two i was like ok free play; but nope...
That was a close play. I initially thought he was offfsides but after rewinding the play a couple of times, I couldn’t come to a definite conclusion.
If you want to talk about a god awful missed call, on a 3rd down play early in the game, a SD lineman basically clipped a Miami defender but it was never called. It was so blatant that I was shocked the officials missed it. I thought the announcers would mention it at least, but they were too busy praising SD every chance they got.
