I didn't even realize how bad their record was in December and they still won their division and the Super Bowl. I'm hopeful the Dolphins put it all together at the right time and carry that into the playoffs.

just stop. this team is going nowhere, even if they squeak in to the playoffs they are not a real threat to beat legit teams.

If you feel that way, why do you watch? Not a dig, just honestly curious.

I'm sure the Giants fans felt that way when they only had won 9 games entering the playoffs. I'm sure the Cardinals fans felt that way in 2008 when they made the Super Bowl entering the playoffs with a 9-7 record.

I'm not saying this team is a Super Bowl contender, but just saying that you never know. Once you get in the playoffs, you have a shot. This team has been very inconsistent all year, so who knows what could happen. We've beaten half the teams that will be in the playoffs but also lost to Thad Lewis twice. Depending on which team shows up, this team has shown that it can be a threat.

Big difference is that ravens entered December at 9-2 last year and not 5-6 like the 2013 dolphins.

Would you rather go into the playoffs winning 4 of 5 or losing 4 of 5? I can remember many times in the 90's with us starting 9-2 such as the Ravens last year.

We beat the Bengals, Colts, and Patriots. Three of the five other playoff teams. And that's only because we didn't play the Chiefs or Broncos. This team is competitive period.

I think the 2012 season was fixed by the NFL. the ravens weren't a SB team by any stretch and very iffy games went by. just look at this season they are favored in every game by the refs.

I live in Baltimore and despise the Ravens and their fans, but 'fixed' I hope not. On the other hand I'm sure the NFL was rooting for a Harbaugh Super Bowl, so maybe you are onto something.

What could possibly be appealing about the Ravens to warrant such a thing? Even with Ray Lewis they've generally been one of the more boring contenders out there. So if the NFL is just rigging outcomes, that seems like a rather dumb way to go about it.

How did they play 6 games in Dec last year? Or if you're combining seasons, how does the 2011 season have any bearing on what they did last year? I'm confused

dont compare this team to the ravens , please its ridiculous. that team played great defense and was very physical on offense and defense. this is an ultra soft, finesse team that has no identity whatsoever. if anyone on here thinks we beat indi or cinci in rd 1 theyre delusional...and dont give me that crap we already beat those teams...big freaking deal. indi or cinci will have what is equivalent to a bye if they get us in rd1.

Good. Then you will have a Dolphins free Sunday with your family. No need to watch.
