The Dolphins, who would love to add front-seven talent with their first-round pick, summoned UF linebacker Jarrad Davis to team headquarters this week, a source close to the player said earlier Wednesday.

BOTTOM LINE Praised for both his football and personal character, Davis has athletic gifts to go along with the character traits teams are looking for. His ability to cover ground, operate with loose hips in space, and finish his tackles make him a draft favorite for some teams. While it is easy to fall in love with the traits and potential, Will have to take better routes to the ball and learn to keep himself clean against blocks. Should be able to compete for an early starting job as a 4-3 outside backer.”

Would love to add Davis. I saw he went to Detroit in Bucky Brooks latest draft so he could be right in that range.

Love the player, but from what I've read, he's been prone to nagging little injuries.
With all the criticism levied at Branden Albert, Koa Misi, Mike Pouncey and Devonte Parker I'm not sure the fan base will be on board for Jarred Davis. Hope he can play a 16 game season.

Kind of the same with Watt and Reddick. Even Foster's coming off an injury. That does make the evaluation more difficult.

I take TJ Watt over Davis.

I like Juniors in round one. I like bad asz blood lines with high expectations. Dude is self motivated and fired up from another planet.

Could be a fantastic long term investment. Worth the #22 pick.
