If all are healthy who do you think can win the starting QB spot?

Trent Green was given the starting job when he was acquired today. Culpepper won't be in Dolphins' training camp simply because he won't be on the team.

There wil not be a battle, Trent Gren is your starting QB barring injury. Cleo will be the backup and beck the 3rd string while Daute will be in another unifrom.

As of now, it's a foregone conclusion that Green will be the starter this year. Cpep is actively being shopped and will end up either traded or cut soon. I would love to see some competition, but that won't happen...the same way it didn't happen with Frerrotte or Fielder before him. Green is the coaches boy. Cpep is not, even if he's here which is very doubtful...

I mean if everybody is @ 100% . . . I think CPep would shine the most, but we know Pep will NEVER be 100% . . . his mentals are what scare me the most . . . he will play the game from now on with the idea that his knee may get shredded again in the back of his head. This is why the Green trade was a must, its gives us a guy that is used to the system, a great mentor and a veteran presence.

I would still like to see Pep in camp, but I'll leave that up to CamRam . . . one thing is for certain . . . they have all the right to just get rid of Pep and count the losses . . . if Cam flirts w/ keeping CPep . . . he is risking big criticism if the same thing happens last year . . . he covers his *** by getting Trent Green.

Exactly. Cameron will purge Saban's aquisitions just to show it is his team now. Culpepper will end up in Oakland or Atlanta.

There might be a slight competition in TC between Cleo and Green ......With Green in the position to lose the starting QB job rather than having to win it....As Far As DC he most likely will be gone as soon as Trent Green passes His Physical

Getting rid of DC has nothing to do with Saban ... it was obviously the MOST regretful event during his tenure -- and the overwhelming reason for his departure.

DC is on the way out because he is not healthy and does not fit the mold of what CAM wants in a QB -- period.

He will NOT be traded, as NO ONE will take on that contract, thus - he will just be released and we will be forced to suck up the CAP hit.

It doesn't mean that Green is great, was the 'answer', will lead us to a SB or even the playoffs; it does mean that Green was likely the best alternative available, CAM is comfortable with the way he plays and his understanding of his 'system' -- which provides the team with a good chance of success.
