The guys on FSN's pro football preview made an excellent point earlier today. They were talking about how the Dolphins fans better be careful what we wish for because if Joey quarterbacks the team, THAT MEANS THE SEASON IS OVER!!!!! All of you who are calling for joey ARE ******ED. Joey has proven over the last four years that he is worthless and will always be worthless as a starter. Decent backup, yeah ok, but starter are you crazy???? Daunte is injured, he isn't as fast as he used to be because of the injury and he hasnt played for 8 months. Come on guys, he is rusty and injured. He looks like he's having trouble moving out there. Daunte may not look good now, but he gives us the best chance to go far, and we need him to go anywhere. Joey is another Feeley and Frerrotte. Daunte has proven to be something special. Give it time guys, we all expected him to be a superstar immediately, but that isn't reality. Reality is he isn't 100% he's probably around 80%. He will be great.

What makes you think duante is something special. The Vikes terrible record with him at the helm, or his horrendous play over the last 2 years.

Jo-ey Jo-ey!

This might sound crazy, but how about waiting to play Daunte until he is 100% bc Daunte at 80% SUCKS!!!

If Chambers was hurt and couldn't catch would anyone out there be saying we should keep playing him bc someday he will be able to catch again? Or if Ronnie couldn't run? Or if JT or Zach couldn't tackle? The best place for guys to recover is not on the field costing your team games, but on the sidelines.

Why such a "crush" for a guy who has done nothing for this organization but cost the Dolphins two losses in two games? Crazy...

When we go 5-2, then our first two losses will be forgotten. D.C. will take us to the playoffs and he will go to Honalulu.

I'm not buying it.

I think the guy will do just fine if he gets in.

Remember WE targeted going after him knowing Culpepper may not be ready to start.
What that tells me is that the team had confidence this guy could resurrect his career and still start in this league.

FSN guy....... I'm sure he follows the situation real close.

Having said that I'm all for Culpepper continuing as our starter and hoping he works out his problems.

joey will do well if he gets the chance DC in his current state just isnt good enough you are the one that is ****ed for thinking that joey isnt good enough you will be proved wrong should joey get his rightful chance to play!

RAY LUCAS! RAY LUCAS! RAY LUCAS!

Oh wait....

Sorry, having flashbacks.

You guys are nuts.

Certifiable.

If he's not ready to start why is he out there losing games?
