rom all accounts, it looks like a severe destabilizing factor for the Bears.
This is one of those moments where two teams in such different directions meet and bounce back in complete opposite directions. Or, at least we hope that's the case for us...but it certainly seems to be the case for them.
The writers are right. In one day all the sudden everyone goes from the Bears as #1 team in the NFL to saying...wait a minute...just who HAVE the Bears beaten so far this year? And now Urlacher and Berrian are hurt...and the rest of their schedule is looking a lot harder.
Meanwhile for Miami, everything seems golden now and instead of saying, who the heck CAN we beat? Now everyone is saying...who the heck CAN'T we beat? All the sudden folks are looking at the schedule and saying wait, just who did they lose to and were they really beaten soundly in any of those losses? The upcoming schedule goes from looking impossible to win a game to looking possible to start something significant.
This was a very significant game for both teams...that's the feel of it so far....and it might be more significant to them (negaively) than for us (positively). __________________
