Who's gotten lost in all the mania sorrounding Ginn?

What other WR that was highly drafted is busting right now?

Who was the 'prototypical WR' the "Parcells type WR" that we drafted?

He's 6'5.

A mismatch against 5'10 CB's.

A go-to guy in the Red Zone.

A player who hasn't even dressed yet?

A player that can't get on the active squad on THIS Wr group?

Who?

Why?

BUST!

But nooo...shhh! Trifecta wants you looking elsewhere....:d-day:

I'd like to see Patrick Turner too. They still really are not saying anything about what his problem is.

I'd like to see Patrick Turner too. They still really are not saying anything about what his problem is.

Sparano said he hasn't activated Turner yet because he doesn't fit in anywhere on special teams, and so he would not be on the field for enough plays for him to inactivate someone else.

Then again, when Cameron Wake started making plays, Sparano said that you have to activate somebody who shows game-changing abilities, even if he isn't giving you anything on special teams.

So, I guess we can conclude that Patrick Turner isn't making the case for himself that he HAS to be in the game. Don't know if you can extrapolate anything from that about his likely future, but I don't think he is going to suddenly emerge as the solution to our WR problems.

I believe mario manningham was inactive for his year as a rookie, and i think he was a third round. are the giants calling him a bust? or what about ramses barden, he hasnt been active for the giants all year. is he a bust too? its way to early to call patrick turner a bust. give him some time, he was taken as a player to develop, not to come in right away.

When you're picking guys in the 3rd round, you can hope for a starter, but you're not usually going to get one. The majority of the guys picked in the 3rd and later rounds obviously at least a little bit of a project, or they would be drafted higher.

Or you can go with the "parcells using Ginn as a cover" theory as well.

the real story is that you know nothing about the NFL....shhh!

Right now, Turner's situation is looking a lot like Wilford. Fortunately, he's a rookie so there's no need to panic yet. But if this is still the situation next season...look out.

With this regime, everyone has to earn their way onto the field. I'm not sure what that means in terms of practice and what they want to see out of their big receivers, but Wilford wasn't able to do it either.

Why "look out"? He was a 3rd round pick, we can cut ANYBODY on this team next yr and not have a salary cap hit to worry about.

Just meant "look out Turner." He gets a pass for this year.

shhhhh........he's a rookie wr they almost never see the field in their 1st year.

How the hell can you call a 3rd round wr a bust after 6 games? Give me a break!
