Beating the Pats made me hate the Jets more, Pat's players/fans mostly giving respect

I know some people have posted some of the pats fans complaints and bitches but lets be realistic here. Those were mostly pulled from the Pats forums or Patriots Reddit pages where they actually were the minority. Also when you are on your own home turf there is always an element of complainers etc. Most of the forum posts I read actually gave props to the Dolphins for outplaying them. I also watched the post game Patriots Player/Coach reactions and (almost) all of them gave props to the Dolphins. Even Brady and Belichick. If we had just beat the jets, Rex would be talking only about how the Jets "beat themselves" and that kind of talk usually trickled down to the players and fans as well.

The Jets barely beat the Raiders and are all the sudden on top of the world. Perfect time for Jets fans to go gloat on other teams Reddit pages and forums in threads which have absolutely nothing to do with the game their team just won. I even saw a photo of the divisional standings which looked clearly photoshopped to put the jets on top (when The dolphins should be on top as they won the only div game)

Wilfork - "No excuses, though. They played their tails off, they rallied, and it showed.”

Brady- "Jelani Jenkins and Trusnik did a good job. They have some good players and depth at that position, they've got a good front and they have good players in the secondary that make you earn it."

Revis - "They executed well, they played well and they made more plays than us" "the read option is tough to defend, they had us on our heels.. you gotta tip your hat off to Miami"

Ninkovich - "we gotta do better when we get to the quarterback, not hit him in the head"

Jet's Fans raid the Patriots Reddit page:

-Pats Fan: Honestly, I laughed at our new sidebar pic. GG Dolphins

-Jets Fan- Plus your O Line is terrible!! If you don't do something drastic, we're going to eat Brady alive!Shows what turning your back on your loyal vets gets you Belicheat!

-Pats Fan: I love that we lose to the Dolphins and it's Jets fans that come over and raid one of our threads and gloat, while the fans of the team that actually beat us that came over have been nice.

-Dolphins Fan: Good luck rest of the season! See you in Week 15 for what's sure to be an intense game!

Most of the Patriot Fans I know have very good football knowledge they mostly respect other teams accept of course for the Jets. Most Jet fans have that famous New York attitude when you debate them most of there comeback are @#$% you and your team sucks .

Yeah.... Being a Patriot fan is way too easy. 11 out of 13 years division champions, Hall of Fame Quarterback, six super bowl appearances... you get the picture. Most Patriot fans are band wagon jumping, self entitled twits. Everybody loves a winner. As much as I hate the Jets and every stinking thing about that worthless, vomit inducing joke of a team, I at least have some respect for the fans that have stuck it out for them through thick and thin (even if they are a bunch aholes).

Talk to me about class once the Patriots have had at least a five year run of sub 500 seasons and no playoffs for 10 years. Then we will see how "classy" they are... that is if there are any fans left.

I think my issue with Pats fans is that there are so few of them. It's like the Yankees (of whom I am a fan of, have been for 20 years), 95% of the people who claim to like them are really just front-runners.

Jets fans, they're just a pain in the ass, most of them at least.

I am talking about what I am actually reading on the internet from fans and actual interviews that the pats players gave. the majority of player/coach interviews that I watched all gave respect to the Dolphins starting from the coach down. Juxtapose that with every time we beat the Jets and there is a clear difference in attitude and lack of respect coming from Rex Ryan and down the lines all the way to the fans. Clear as day difference IMO.

Don't get me wrong, l hate the Pats with a passion but I have a grudging respect for them. Mainly because of how good they always are and how they don't make excuses and give respect when respect is due. Same with a good number of their fans for the most part.

I do agree thought It is much easier to be a Patriot fan with all those wins etc. Real Dolphin, Bills or Jets fan's know pain.

Respect for the Pats? Are you kidding me? There were a select few Pats fans back in the day, now they are like weeds. We will see the weeds die off in a few years, maybe even sooner if they play like they did yesterday all season.
