Williams and Ronnie Brown switched between first and second teams throughout Thursday's practice. Both showed excellent burst and ripped off several long runs for the first time in training cap. How the running backs will divide carries against the Steelers remains a mystery as Saban said the staff hasn't decided how to "manage" Brown for Satuday's exhibition.

No new injuries. Same old stuff.
Lance Schulters just has a sprained thumb.
David Boston looked really healthy in practice.

Wright has a while to get his cookie dough @ss in shape is what he has. Then next off-season, he's got to stay in shape instead of losing it. He's in the dumps man, I sense an early retirement coming on if he gets too far down on himself.

OK I see...you are talking about Ronnie and Ricky. The previous couple of posts were about Carter and Vickerson, so I was wondering how you felt they would affect opposing defenses.
