Ben McAdoo in Miami today interviewing for Dolphins OC job

Totally expecting him to be the hire and it just seems blah. Really have no idea how he would do though. Hopefully he'd at least be a little more creative and less predictable.
 
I'm not crazy about this either. I'd rther have Lazor or Kubiak.

Well, I like the Packers offense more than the Mike Sherman offense. Philbin wanted to bring McAdoo with him when he was initially hired, and maybe there's a reason for that.

But I'm not sure I like the idea of having a first time OC right at this particular moment. I hope Joe is willing to get involved and help him out. There's also nobody on the staff with playcalling experience, if we hire McAdoo.

Run more no huddle and/or let RT call the plays?
 
whatever let philbin pick this guy, we go another 7-9, 8-8 & then GM gets to fire them all & get a new coach.
 
I want Joe to get the guy he thinks he can win with best. I do not want him to make a pick based on what might make the owner or fans happy. If that is McAdoo, so be it.
 
If McAdoo is doing interviews for hc it appears he is a fast riser.

I think that has more to do with one of the following:

1) Browns are really that desperate after botching things with Chud.
2) They just wanted to circumvent the Packers' attempts to deny the request to interview him.
 
Sherman set the bar so low anything is and upgrade. We wont know nothing until he installs the offense and see how the talent we have preforms in that offense
 
The Packers offense is always towards the top of the league & he is young & has interviewed for a head coaching position & the OC for the Giants so obviously he is very well thought of. Plus from what I understand he was blocked in the past to interview for OC positions.
 
I have no issue with him if he is the guy. Just give us a creative fast offense.
