Best all time dolphins in every position.

If I was composing a team, I would make the following:

QB - Bob Griese (unpopular choice but i think he is a winner)
RB - Ricky Williams
FB - Larry Csonka
WR - Paul Warfield
WR - Mark Duper
WR - Mark Clayton
LT - Richmond Webb
LG - Bob Kuchenberg
C - Dwight Stephenson
RG - Larry Little
RT - Norm Evans

DE - Cam Wake
DT - Tim Bowens
DT - Bob Baumhower
DE - Jason Taylor
OLB - Nick Buoniconti
MLB - Zach Thomas
OLB - Kim Bokamper
CB - Sam Madison
CB - Xavien Howard
S - Jake Scott
S - Dick Anderson

K - Jason Sanders
P - Reggie Roby
LS - John Denney
R - Ted Ginn Jr
This is really, really good. Griese may not be a popular choice, but he won two super bowls and was an ultimate team guy. He did all the little things right, that added up big. I don't think there's ever been anyone better at drawing a team offsides than Bob Griese. Those are things you don't see on a stat sheet, but he stole some important first downs over the years. I don't think any fans would doubt that Marino was more talented, the better player.

The only one I might change on offense is Norm Evans. I agree with all other choices. Fryar, if he played longer with Miami, would be in consideration at wr. Warfield was one of the greatest players in Miami history, but not a stat maven. Stephenson was better than Langer. Good call there.

On defense, Vincent is like Fryar. Had he played with the Dolphins longer, he might be in consideration. Madison versus Surtain is close. Can you imagine Buoniconti and Thomas together at linebacker?

Ginn or Grant? Ginn is probably the right choice.

Might be early on Sanders, but he did just have the best single-season kicking performance in Miami history.

Just want to add, I put Suh in for NT/DT.
And crash Jensen as best special team player.

My list in order of my ranking. Some positions I have more bc it’s so close IMO. My list includes the players overall careers as an NFL player but also played here for an extended period as well. For instance WR Cris Carter played here, and would def be my #2 WR on this list by his career but he didn’t do squat at Miami so...

Offense
QB Dan duh!! QB2 Don Strock (let’s face it, he was the best relief QB in phins history and one of the best in NFL history, nobody is taking Dans spot so...)
FB Larry Csonka
RB Ricky RB2 Mercury RB3 Nathan
WR1 Warfield WR2 Fryar WR3 Moore
WR4 Clayton WR5 OJ McDuffey WR6 Duper.
TE1 Mandich TE2 Jackson

At LB, Bob Brudzinski was solid and was a starter for many yesrs. Also honorable mention, Chris Singleton.

People are misremembering how long and how well Welker did in Miami. He had some big plays on ST here and there but to put him even in the conversation at WR? Really? Over Duper, McDuffie, Nat Moore, Jarvis Landry, Oronde Gadsden, Chris Chambers, even DVP?

We keep listing Thomas, Buoniconti and Offerdahl as our starting LB but weren't all three MLB? Do we need an OLB?

I don't remember ever watching Henderson in a Dolphins uniform. He got hurt and was done in the final '83 preseason game vs KC.
May be you are right. I was enjoying watching him at Opa Locka practicing. Things got fuzzy after 40 years.
