Checking it out now, thanks for the info and link! Gotta like Cam, he has a great attitude and I agree Randy having authority will make a great combo to turn us around.
 
I hope he turns it around, but lets remember, right now we are a work in progress, rebuilding or whatever you want to call it. It took a while for us to get in the state were in, it will take a while to get back to where we need to be. We may not see results right away...

Interesting what he said about Ted Ginn Jr. when he was an 8th grader & Cam went to his school, that his dad had him in the gym working out at 5:30am before school. Sounds like Ginn has the willingness to put in the hard work, very encouraging if we draft him.

Also interesting what he said about arm strength being way secondary to leadership in a QB. Had more good things to say about Daunte putting in the work they ask of him in rehab plus going above and beyond. Sounds like Daunte is REALLY motivated, I'm loving hearing that.

Nice press conference. Cam is alot more talkative and informative regarding opinions and attitude towards what he wants from certain positions. He does sound like a Offensive guru. Our D is safe in Capers hands so i happy.

ya as of now he knows what to say to win the fans and players etc etc. he is a very nice classy guy that doesnt try to HIDE thigns to win but has confidence.
 
I'm taking it with a grain of salt -- Nick Saban's press conferences were "genuine" and "motivated" too
 
werent ya'all excited like this when saban came in? lets let him at least run a practice or something first before we get all excited
 
After listening to all of Saban's PC's last year I can honestly say it's quite refreshing having Cameron as our HC! :lol: Love the emphasis on the team aspect and no player is above anyone else this is the right philosophy to have and is what Saban lacked.

I don't think we will ever hear Cameron complaining that hes losing because his only playmakers are in Canada and injured :lol:
