1. Miami is able to trade down and get 1st 3rd and 5th from Atlanta.
2. Miami is able to trade down with Cowboys and get 22nd, 28th, 3rd, and 5th.
3. Miami is able trade Jason Taylor to Minnesota for 2nd and 3rd.
4. Miami acquires compensation picks (one each) in 6th and 7th round.

Total Picks:

2 first round picks
3 second round picks
4 third round picks
1 fourth round pick
2 fifth round picks
2 sixth round picks
2 seventh round picks

Total picks: 16 picks

That is idea. I don't see it, but that would be idea. I do see a situation where they could very well have 11 to 12 picks.

Please remember: this is "idea" situation.

jason taylor is the key i think. i dont think we trade him. and honestly...i think our defense is stacked (except the secondary)

so all i can see us getting is Jake Long or Matt Ryan.

Unless Taylor is traded (which i doubt)

I said it myself JT will be traded on draft day. Honestly Minny needs a DE pass rusher and to get a 2nd and 3rd for JT would be amazing. 6 picks in the first 3 rounds.

It would look like this

1.Chris Long
2.Dan Conner
2bChad Henne
2c.Carl Nicks
3.Jordy Nelson/Charles Godfrey

Id be happy with that.

I don't think Dallas will want to trade up. And I think the only way we can trade with Atlanta is if we first draft Ryan, then trade, which is very risky.

I'm hoping Baltimore might try to make a move for Ryan if they think Brohm isn't their guy. They need a QB in the worst way imo.
