Best combination - HC-OC-DC

We do not need to keep Nolan. very good DC, but far from replaceable.

As of right now, my top choice based on who we interviewed would be

HC-Mike Zimmer
OC- Either Ken Zampese or James Urban
DC- Either Jeff FitzGerald or Kevin Coyle
 
How about...
HC Mike McCoy
OC Dirk Koetter
DC Mike Nolan- coached with McCoy in Denver
 
I miss Shula and Arnsparger......with those 2 who cares who the OC is/was.....I miss those days.....Kooch, Stevenson, Newman....ok, I'll stop

I don't understand why you would think Nolan isn't staying(I agree he is easily replacable) we have complete control of where Nolan coaches as a DC, the only way he leaves Miami is if he gets offered a head coaching job.

it all depends if the new HC wants to keep him as DC or wants to switch to a 4-3. There is a good chance that if we bring in a offensive minded coach that nolan will stay, but if we bring in zimmer or another defensive coach, he will probably be let go

Why does everyone want bowles as DC? I understand he might be a great fit, but for what, this year alone? If he doesn't get a HC spot this year I'm sure he will next. Let's keep nolan or grab someone that will give us a little continuity somewhere on this damn team
