The only thing I would change would be Pete Carmichael jr as our HC but I would be ok with Zimmer as well

I can't understand why people want Nolan to stay. He has our defense okay against the run, which isn't saying much in a passing league! Playcalling has been a problem on offense and defense. They both turn conservative in the final minutes and lose games that should be won. I want all new coaches who actually know how to make in-game adjustments that work.
