9-7 is correct, I think it was that Jets team. Also the Panthers went to the Super Bowl two years after they went 1-15.

The 91' Colts went 1-15 and the 92' Colts went 9-7. The 96' Jets went 1-15 and the 97' Jets went 9-7. Those are the two best one win turnarounds.
